Here's how you can submit a customer service request for damaged or mis-delivered items.

Whenever possible, it's a good idea to record an unpacking video from any store. A video is the best evidence that any damage is not your fault. Pictures are also good for most cases.

  1. Damage - 7 days - Replacement Or Refund:
    If an item arrives damaged, get in touch at support@outdoorinspirationz.com within 7 business days. If you can prove your case, we'll replace it free of charge or refund your purchase price. You do not need to send it back.
  2. Defect - 30 days - Replacement Or Refund:
    We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on manufacturing defects only. Please provide any proof available. Although defects are extremely rare, if you have video or pics of your item, we'll replace it free of charge or refund your purchase price. You don't need to send it back.
  3. Size (Apparel Only):
    If you did not receive the size you ordered, and you show us evidence of that fact, we'll exchange it free of charge. Here too, images or video would be useful. You do not need to send it back.
  4. Other cases:
    We offer a 30-day return window for any other reason on a case by case basis. Send an email about your dissatisfaction so we can make it right to support@outdoorinspirationz.com
