1. What Is Print On Demand: Print on Demand (or POD), are items that are made with care specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, they are only available online. By ordering items that are print on demand instead of in bulk, you are helping limit overproduction. Thank y'all for playing your part!

2. Where are items Made: Because we use a variety of manufacturers, items will come from all over the world. We try our best to source right here in the good 'ol USA but sometimes there are no Print On Demand suppliers in the U.S. of items that we want to carry.

3. Where does Ourdoor Inspirations ship?
Currently we ship only within the U.S. but to all 50 states. We intend to offer international shipping once we sort out complicated shipping and import tax rates for various countries around the world.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Our team works hard to get orders processed as quickly as possible, so we unfortunately can’t guarantee that we can make any changes or cancellations. However, if you have not received your shipping confirmation yet, please email us at support@outdoorinspirationz.com as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to help.

8. Can I order online and pick up in store?
Unfortunately no. We do not have a store front or pick-up location available.

9. Do you offer wholesale.
At this time we do not offer wholesale pricing.

10. The tracking shows my order was delivered but I can’t find it anywhere - what should I do?
When this occurs, we recommend first double-checking your shipping address to make sure it’s correct. If it is, the next steps would be to check around the front of your residence as well as with any neighbors and/or front office (if it’s an apartment complex). Also check with anyone else in your residence who may have received your package on your behalf. If your order still doesn’t turn up, contact us at support@outdoorinspirationz.com, and we’ll take it from there!

11. Will I receive my order all at once?
Not necessarily. Some items take longer to produce than others and all the items in a single order might not be produced at the same location or even from the same manufacturer. This does not affect shipping cost.

12. Why did I get items with different packaging?
It means your items came from different manufacturers. For each product line, we choose the best partner possible but only some of them can use customized shipping labels.

13. What about taxes?
Taxes vary from different locations and depend on many factors. They'e automatically calculated at checkout.

14. Can I ask for a custom design?
We love to receive design suggestions from our customers and we always consider them for future collections but we can't commit to special requests for specific colors or designs.

Although we can't guarantee it, for orders of 25+ items, we might be able to fulfill special requests or create custom design variations.

15. What is Dropshipping?
It's a fulfillment method that allows creators and small businesses to avoid the challenges of maintaining an inventory. We work with partners who take care of all the logistics like production and shipping, one product at a time, allowing us to focus on designing beautiful products.
